Find cost savings by routing shipments through deconsolidation hubs
Freight consolidation is a logistics strategy where multiple shipments are combined into a single larger shipment to take advantage of volume discounts. Instead of shipping directly to each destination, freight is first sent to a deconsolidation hub (also called a breakbulk facility), where it's sorted and distributed to final destinations.
This optimizer analyzes your shipments through 6 major deconsolidation hubs across the US (Atlanta, New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, Denver, and Dallas) to determine if consolidation offers cost savings compared to direct shipping.
Simply enter your origin, destinations (with weights and freight classes), and click Analyze Consolidation. The tool will calculate all routes, compare total costs, and recommend the most economical option with detailed cost breakdowns and route visualization.
Add the destinations you want to ship to. The system will analyze if consolidating through a hub saves money.
